Fife College

Fife College was created on 1 August 2013 as a merger of Adam Smith College, Carnegie College and non-land based elements of the Elmwood Campus of the rural college SRUC. The College has approximately 1,200 staff and supports approximately 26,000 students.

Our vision is to enhance the wellbeing of the people of Fife by providing lifelong learning opportunities, improving life choices for communities with a commitment to professional training and development of our staff.

Key employment sectors for the area are tourism, business and finance, construction, manufacturing and engineering and the college works closely with local industry to ensure that our course offering mirrors industry requirements.

Growth sectors within the region include creative industries, energy, life sciences and financial/business and the college is working hard to enhance opportunities for students and businesses within these areas
