A diverse student body and workforce benefits the role of colleges as a provider of high quality education and employment in a modern and ever-changing society.

Colleges in Scotland offer a diverse curriculum, including vocational, further and higher education to a diverse range of people and communities.

College curriculum plays an important part in ensuring that all students are successful learners, confident individuals, effective contributors and responsible citizens.

CDN supports colleges to improve access to further and higher education for people from the widest possible range of backgrounds by delivering a range of events, providing information and advice, sharing online learning tools and resources and sharing best practice.

We work in partnership with colleagues across the sector and partner organisations to build capacity, skills, knowledge and understanding in embedding equality, diversity, access and inclusion throughout the college.
